“I was afraid to get these because if some reviews that I’ve seen where it can run a little big. I already have 2 Vessis but this is the most comfortable shoes of all 3 and so lightweight. I’m going to wear it all the time this spring and summer.”
“I bought these shoes for an upcoming trip to Japan and have not worn them too much yet as I don’t want to get them dirty. I know I can wash them so maybe I am just being to precious about this. I bought them so I could slip in and out of the shoe easily. I plan on wearing them for five weeks. They are a bit tight as I usually buy 6 1/2 and in this case it is a size 6. I am trusting they will stretch out. The length is not the problem it is just feels tight on my right foot. So this is not a full review and perhaps you want to contact me in two months to do another review.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
