We're sorry to hear your insoles have been bothering you but we're happy to help with this. It can sometimes happen that our insoles slip around depending on the specific differences in a person’s natural way of walking. Our current insoles were designed to be lightweight and breathable. To achieve this, we opted to use a low-density foam for its construction. Since our insoles are soft and removable (for possible orthotics use), what you’re experiencing can sometimes happen.
The good news is that using a couple of strips of double-sided tape to help lock down the insole tends to work well for this. We heard feedback from other customers that this solved the problem on their end.
