We're sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for. I'm very sorry to hear that and understand how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
“Great fit! Excellent waterproofing! (It rained for a week straight after I got the haha) Only thing I don’t love is that they aren’t as supportive/cushioned as I had hoped. I’m on my feet outdoors on cement for long shifts and found they aren’t great for that type of environment. I plan to get some insoles because they really are super for outdoors and a great style for when I’m dressed up!”

We're sorry to hear that you aren't finding your Vessis to be as supportive as you'd hoped. We designed Vessi as a casual/lifestyle shoe, which means there's not a lot of arch support included. That said, the insoles are removable so you're always able to swap those for something you find more comfortable.
