I love these shoes. I got them specifically for a holiday I was taking and never had time to break them in prior to the trip. However, I didn't need to! I walked and walked and walked and they were so very comfortable.

I love them so much, I can't believe I didn't have these before. I'm a walker and it rains quite a bit in spring here in Quebec City so now my feet stay super dry. And I am also very surprised with the comfort of these shoes. Thanks

The shoe is very comfortable and easy to put on. I’m always on the go. I love the part that it is waterproof.

Love my Cityscape shoes. They feel like they hug my feet and true to Vessi brand — the waterproof feature.

Honestly, for the price I thought they'd be way more comfortable. I never typically spend much money on shoes, and my much less costly general shoes are much more comfortable. I'm continuing to give them a try because I really want to love them, but so far I'm not in love.

Hi Jes, Thank you for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm so sorry that your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for and I understand how disappointing that must be. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort. That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us.

I got these because there were lots of raves about them and were acceptable shoes for work so I thought I would try them out. They are slowly growing on me but the first day I wore them I was left with blisters on each Achilles and they created ingrown toenails. I followed the sizing guide and bought based what was recommended. I do like how they are waterproof and bought a pair of the weekends hopefully I’ll enjoy them more.

Hi Megan, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. I'm glad your Vessis are keeping you dry and comfortable! We’re sorry to hear your Vessis are too narrow. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight. That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. Thank you again for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us. If anything should ever come up or you have questions, feel free to reach out to our Customer Care team at support@vessi.com and they’d be happy to help.
