“These are incredibly sleek incredibly comfortable and the elastic around the ankle is much more flexible and non-binding. I absolutely adore these shoes I literally feel like I'm wearing slippers all day at work!! I had a different pair for about 30 days and contacted customer service. There was a slight defect and customer service was incredible. They asked for photos, sent photos and within 24 hours I had a brand new pair on the way to me!! Top notch customer service personnel!
