“I've finally found a pair of shoes that aren't hiking shoes, that keep my feet wet, and are comfortable to wear (like sneakers) when walking my dogs in the morning. I go early so there is usually dew and then I walk on the golf course, which is irrigated 3/4 of the year (therefore wet) and my feet are finely dry at the end of the walk. I can't tell you how nice this is. They use to be soaking wet by the time I made it home. There are two small downsides to these shoes, however. I'm not sure my feet sweat in these shoes but they do feel a tad different than a pair of sneakers. It isn't bad, just different, and I'm still getting use to it. The second is the soles of the shoes. Since I walk on dirt trails and a golf course the bottom of the shoes are always covered in grass and have little pebbles stuck in the small wavy grooves on the bottom. The grass washes off, but I have to use a knife or stick to get the pebbles out every day. It could become annoying over time. I like to put my shoes on in the house before I leave so I want them clean each morning. Not a huge problem”
