“I ordered the Cityscape Classic in Charcoal Grey for my husband and he loves them. He also likes the colour. The shoes are very lightweight and extremely comfortable. We haven't had much rain yet, but I would also wear them as an every day shoe. Very comfortable, highly recommended.”
“The shoes are very nice to wear and they look great. Very light on my feet. I haven't yet tried out the water repellent action, but looking forward to that. For my particular feet, I find the upper front padding on the top of my foot to be slightly snug. Not enough to be uncomfortable, but enough to notice. Maybe going up half a shoe size would fix that, but the rest of sizing seems great how it is.”
“Opening the box was lovely experience. The turquoise blue VESSI lettering with soft edges stands crisp and clean against the light beige box. Then, the clouds and cutout rain drops suggest a clean yet airy vibe inviting me to pull back the rain clouds. I put on the shoes- I IMMEDIATELY felt the quality. I absolutely LOVE how the dry weave material wraps around the foot providing comfort, flexibility and solid security. The soles feel responsive when you move in them. I’m normally a 9.5 foot size so I ordered 10’s. AMAZING fit!!!”
“The level of padding in the shoe is much less than what you'd get in like some Nikes or Brooks. Right after I put them on, that was apparent as my feet started to ache a bit.
After a few days, my feet got used to it so they don't hurt anymore, and it wasn't enough for me to want to send them back. However, if there were more padding in the shoes to the degree that Brooks or the running style, not the stylish type of Nike shoes have, they would've been a lot better.
A lot of my friends have asked if I'd recommend them and with that in mind, I couldn't confidently say yes to recommending. My go to is usually, if you have narrow feet and don't care much about cushion, then yeah, they're okay. Otherwise, there's probably a more comfortable alternative.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
