“I needed a new pair of walking shoes and these shoes are just perfect. They are comfortable, like putting a glove on your foot. They are light weight and waterproof. The inner layer is foam which cushions your foot in a cloud. I’d recommend these shoes to anyone, in fact my husband has requested a pair of his own. My only wish is that I had the option of a black sole. Because I walk in the country. The white sole is getting dirty quite quickly.”
“Love the look, a bit narrow however not tight, true to size waterproof is a bonus specially walking my dog who seems to hit every puddle along our route . Great support no more sore feet after a long walk . 10 stars may jsut get s second pair .”

“The shoes themselves work great. I am a repeat buyer of the cityscape style. However, they’ve changed the design of this shoe since I last purchased it. Now the fit is much different in the heels, and there’s a lot of slipping. They’ve given me blisters every time I’ve worn them, which did not happen with the previous design. I bought them around Black Friday, and just now got around to wearing them. Unfortunately I can’t return them at this point for a different style. It’s a shame, because I normally really like the shoes and would wear them daily for long walks, but breaking them in this time around has been painful.”

We're very sorry to hear that your Vessis didn't fit quite as expected and has caused you discomfort. If you're finding your heel slips, you could try out heel grips and see how they may help! You should be able to find these available at local retailers or on Amazon.
That said, I'll certainly share your thoughts on the design with our product team as well, as your feedback is extremely valuable to us. The team is always interested in hearing customer insight as we develop exciting new Vessi styles.
“For the most part a really comfortable everyday shoe, and love that it’s easy to slip on and off. Have not been able to test out the waterproof-ness of the shoes yet, but they are breathable and after running around in 30 degree Celsius heat my feet still feel dry and comfortable. My only feedback is that the backs of the shoes feel quite stiff and tend to rub a little in the achilles area, which might cause a problem for those who want to wear the shoes barefoot, but so far I’ve remedied with just wearing higher cut ankle socks and hoping that that will improve as the shoes continue to get broken in.”
