“I really like these runners! I have a few other styles of vessis, the sneakers and one of the original runners. Love them! Unfortunately the pair I had bought recently the loop broke he while on vacation. Though they were loose I wore them and they kept my feet nice and dry in the maritime rain! I was very impressed with how vessis replaced them, no question asked and will definitely continue to support the company! On a side note my first pair were bought the first year of the vessi regatta! I am a member of a breast in a boat”
“This is my fifth pair of Vessi. My first Cityscapes and the first ones to give me blisters. I wore them without socks my first time wearing which I have done before but guess I should not have. Other than that the fit is perfect . Just need to break them in (with socks in).”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
