“After having an issue with my first pair, customer service was quick to send me a replacement pair which I've had no issues with. The shoes are extremely convenient (quick to put on) and comfy!”
“Great shoe, this is my second pair. The only trick has been figuring out a way to have the laces stay tied. Advice from Vessi hasn’t been of much help. I make a lace lock like on over the ankle hiking boots and then use a double loop hockey skate knot.”
“Was really surprised by how much I like the shoes! I was a bit put off by the price at first, but I figured they couldn’t be any worse than what I’ve been seeing from Underarmour and Nike lately. My newest pair of UA cost the same and wore out after 3 months.
I was immediately surprised by the quality of the shoe. I of course had to run it under the sink to test if it really was waterproof… it is! The fit did take a little getting used to, but only a few hours.
