“I normally wear a size 7.5, but sized down to a 7 due to the recommendation for this style. After wearing them for one day, I found them snug and I also got a very bad blister on the back of one of my heels due to the sharp seam inside the shoe.”

All Vessi styles are slip ons and the laces are secondary for aesthetic purposes. Vessis are not a step in shoe and you will do have to pull them on but shouldn't have to tighten or loosen the laces. If you are looking for a style with functional laces to provided added support we would recommend our Soho style.
