“I think these shoes are really great, but they fit so, so long. I already got them a size down than I usually do as recommended, and they fit ok width wise, but they slide on my heel a ton when I’m walking. I didn’t notice until I took them outside on a dog walk and then it was too late to return them after they were worn. Sad.”
“The heel pull tab and ´sock’ around opening are great additions to this newer version. I am grateful for the narrower fit of the Cityscape as other styles are all too wide for me. It is a sleek, comfortable, practical shoe which keeps my feet dry on rainy or slushy days.”
“It was a little snug in the beginning but not tight enough to warrant the next size up. My feet are a little wide, so I can tell with more wear, it will fit well. Steps feel cushioned and it is easy to put on/take off.”
“This is my fourth pair. The new style sole definitely lasts longer. My last pair was not waterproof. I have yet to test these in wet conditions. I buy them mostly for the comfort and how lightweight they are.”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
