“I love vessi shoes, I think you guys did an amazing job with your idea of a waterproof shoes. Hence, I kept ordering thinking I’d finally get the perfect one but to date I still haven’t. I had ordered three in total but the 2nd one I returned it because of my issues with the width and elastic rim. I decided to give another chance since I liked the fall colours that was just released but unfortunately I still have the same disappointments - width too wide, the elastic rim of the shoes already a bit too stretched out despite just coming out of the box and the most heartbreaking one is the colour - I find it to be too dark. I wanted to keep it since I feel bad for returning one again, so I used it, but after using it twice it’s so evident that I’ll either not use them again or rarely use it since the colour will never match most of my outfits. I’d wanted to use it for my everyday commute to work as it’s waterproof and comfortable, but I’ll always not going to be pleased with my overall get up since the shoes is off. I would’ve just forget the width and elastic rim issues I had with it if the color is what I was expecting but too bad it’s not.”
