I bought them to wear on our trip to europe in a couple of weeks. this time of year Europe can be very cold and damp, so the waterproofing was important to me but also the ability to walk in them all day. I have been wearing them on my daily walk to get used to them and make sure they would work for Europe. They did not need getting used to they are super comfortable.”
