“So I am a larger guy. The opening for the shoe is a bit tight but I assume that they will relax a little over time. The more prevalent issue I have is that I am a larger guy 350lbs and the sole of the shoe is nice and flexible but is also very spongy after a little time. I have worn them a couple times and if I am doing any real walking for more than 4 hours I will have compressed the sole of the shoe into a thin pancake and it hurts. I wish there was a version with a more durable sole for an all day comfort for a larger person. They are great and look nice for a casual shoe for sitting around with friends but there are less expensive shoes that look nice that are not durable that I could purchase.”
Hi Jacob, thank you so much for your purchase and your feedback. Our shoes are designed as casual footwear so the insoles are pretty low. They're removable however, so you can swap them if you find the need something more supportive. Have fun with your waterproof sneakers!
