Thank you so much for your feedback and for choosing our brand, Bev! If it's still tight on the ankles, your shoes need to stretch out a bit more. You can try leaving bundled up thick socks inside of your shoes over a night or two to help it stretch. The tightness usually goes away as the shoes conform more to your feet. “I was recommended ‘Vessi’ by one of a colleague while I looked for rain boots for at work. I wanted to have a pair of Vessi’s products instead of heavy rain boots.
It is lighter than I expected and okay to put on normal days. The only thing that I am not happy with it is size is smaller than the normal size. I should have exchanged size, but I didn’t because I already put it on 1 day at work after I realized it is small and uncomfortable for me.”

“What really appealed to me at first was the fact that these were waterproof sneakers! Glad I can finally wear something light as oppose to the heavy rain boots. The reason I rated it a 4 star ( and it could just be the size I chose and not the sneaker's fault) is because I feel like the cuff is too tight around my ankle. I didn't want to get a size up because it fitted my feet perfectly. I have to double knot my shoelaces because everytime I walk in them the shoelace will loosen up very easily. Honestly if the cuff were that tight, the shoelaces are really useless besides further squeezing my foot. I may opt for a laceless sneaker next time and possibly consider a next size up to see if it will make a difference. Overall still happy that i finally have waterproof sneakers!!!!”
