“I bought a pair of there to try for vacation(needed something comfortable but waterproof) they works great. I then started wearing them everyday and ran into some issues. my left shoe had this annoying squeak with every step-it made me not want to wear them ever again. I contacted the company and they gave some tips but nothing helped. I reached back out and they replaced my shoes without any hassle, and now I am squeak free. While I don’t know how long the sneakers will last with everyday use ,thier customer service definitely won me over for my next pair”
