“When I review, I start with the bad. Luckily for you folks, that list is short. The only real drawbacks of your shoe that I can see is the minor adjustment phase in getting used to the design improvements. Specifically the tighness around the top of the foot, which I'm not sure is proprietary, but was new to me. The only other thing I had to adjust to was just a touch less toe room than I was used to.
Which brings me to the good.
And first off, both of those bad things were no longer an issue after about 4 hours in the shoes. Fastest breaking in I've ever had for a shoe that wasn't perfect right away. But now it is. If I had 2 pairs, I might just designate one for the house, like I do with my old runners.
Really, very happy with my purchase. They look great, feel firm and of quality design and materials, and you folks obviously have some smarties on the team, because I was fairly confident in taking this risk on an unknown product, based largely upon your image and presentation. Your website and ads all smell of quality and proper investment of resources, and a policy of delivering a solid product. It's a big reason I decided the risk was probably justified. And on the note of quality; to be honest, your endorsement deal with philip defranco went a long way in that decision. I know him to be a person who stands behind his word and advice, and to be willing to put the dollar at the bottom of the list. The kind of person I feel ok about listening to. So, good moves, solid product, price point right on par with what I figured I'd pay retail anyhow. Bueno.”
