“I am so glad I got the Citywalk shoes and returned the ugly clown-looking Everyday Vessi shoes. Warning: do NOT buy the Everydays unless you like a big disproportional shape at the front of the shoe. The 5-star reviews of them are deceiving! My negative review of the Everyday shoes was not posted which is super annoying!
The Citywalk shoes are warm (even for Toronto winters), comfortable and do not have the clown-like look as the Everydays. I do not have to retie the shoelaces every time I wear them, which I hate doing. They are slender and snug but not overly so. I got them in black and they pair well with everything! Highly recommend! Buy them when they are on sale (got them for $110-ish including HST) and make sure you try to find a discount code online before making a purchase.
I took off one star as I find that when I wear these shoes for hours, my heels kind of hurt. I don’t get the same issue with my Sketchers Toners walking shoes from 2012 which have a lot of heel cushioning.”
“I really like every aspect of my CityEscape shoes, except that I feel my heels rise up when I walk in it given that the shoe size is right for me. I am not sure if it's the design or the material of the shoe problem. Hopefully, it can be fixed in the future. I am looking forward to buying more Vessi shoes in the future. Thank you.”
“I originally ordered the everyday sneakers and found them to big even with the fact that I am a 7 1/2 I ordered an 8 to be on the safe side. I then exchanged them for a 7 . They still were not a great fit and had a huge sole base that made your feet look huge .I then wanted to exchange them for a different style and ordered the cityscapers. Great choice I wanted waterproof shoes as I walk our dog everyday in Vancouver we have lots of rain . They are 100 % worth it . In fact I have a pair coming for my daughter and I have ordered a second pair .”
