“I got caught out in the rain again, but this time at least I have dry socks! Because of their style, it feels like they wrap around your feet. There was no "break them in" period. They were comfy right from the start.”
“These shoes surprised me! Very comfy off the bat. The ankle part IS tight at first, but trust me, they stretch a little after a few wears and are now perfect. I ran the shoes under my tap and the water rolled off perfectly. They also keep your feet fairly warm so I’ll be able to wear them in the fall and winter.
My only issue is that this style feels quite flat (although it’s very comfy). If you want actual support I recommend putting insoles in. I haven’t tried the other styles so I can’t say if the others have better support. Also I wish they had half sizes. Im a 6.5-7 usually in other brands but I found the Size 7 slightly big. It’s not unbearable tho and it still works. I’d just be afraid that the size 6 would be too tight.”

“Initially, i felt that the 'rim' of the shoe was a bit tight and uncomfortable but the more I wore it, the more comfy it got - i suppose it took some time for the shoe to 'ease up' nicely to fit snugly around the ankle and top of the foot. The rest of the shoe is snug from the start and has remained so even after 1 month of daily wear. Inside, it's cushy yet supportive and makes walking long distances (with the dogs) a real pleasure. Also, we live in Singapore which means it can be super sunny one moment and just pouring with torrential rains in a matter of minutes. My Vessis have kept my feet perfectly dry all the way and I do not need to worry about side stepping around puddles. Rather, I can just confidently and quickly make a straight dash for shelter or home when i get caught in the rain - quickly and smoothly, stress-free. The fact that it's so stylish also means that i can wear it to work and back home which means I stay comfy, dry and secure all day. Is there anything I would change about the shoe? Maybe just the laces? It tends to loosen up and come off ever so often unless I tie a double knot. I wouldn't mind a velcro strap instead.”

“I have friends who have the Barcelona no laces shoes and that was what I really wanted. But I was told that they are not available so I ordered the Women's CityScape shoes as I really wanted to try Vessi as heard they are very comfortable. It is true they are comfortable, waterproof and warm. I think the only comment I can make is that they are not as easy to get on like my other Sketcher shoes and I would have liked a bit more of a higher step look. But I would still order another Vessi shoe if I liked the style.”
“So far, my feet have enjoyed walking in these shoes. They are a little bit difficult to pull on, but once that's accomplished they are comfortable, and my heels are secure (I have narrow heels), the arch sits in the correct place, and the toe box fits (medium width foot). I wonder how long the soles will last? Black is not my favourite colour. I wonder if they will be too hot when the weather warms up.”
