“Customer service was very good. My first pair was delivered to the wrong address and customer service resent another pair very quickly. The shoes are very comfortable and have been keeping my feet dry when i need to go out in the snow at work. Find that they run big. Would recommend if you run 1/2 sizing to go down a size. Will do this next time I order.”
“I love these shoes. They are comfortable, waterproof, and have eraser years of foot pain. I have also noticed a decrease in odor as well. I will never buy another shoe brand.”
“I ordered a size 9 and found that they were way too tight. Returned them for a size 10 and now they're long, but they fit much better with socks on. I run anywhere between 9-9.5 so maybe I should have rounded up to a 10 to begin with. They are 100% waterproof as claimed. I even tested them under running sink water and the inside stayed totally dry! Very cool shoes all around. If you can get the right size, they're great!”
“Wow: The big draw for me, no surprise, was the waterproof-ness. I’m a dog mom so I’m out there walking every day, rain or shine. With these sneakers I don’t have to put on rain boots. Let’s face it, rain boots are dry but they are just not comfortable. So far, I’ve worn my Vessis through 3 or 4 rainy walks this week and I have stayed totally dry!! Neutral: It’s going to take some time to get used to not being able to shimmy my foot into these while standing. Due to their design, I imagine I’ll always need two hands to put them on. I can’t really call that a negative, but it’s an adjustment from what I’m used to. Meh: The one thing that I would change on these is the ankle. I feel like they “choke” my ankle and am left with a visible mark when I take them off. I’m hoping that they will open up slightly as I continue to wear them. Again, I understand that they need to be snug since their design is sock-like, but maybe a little more give at the ankle would make them more comfy.”
Hi Nooshig,
Thank you taking the time to share your experience with us! We're so happy that you're enjoying your Vessis for the most part and how they're able to help keep your dry during those rainy day walks.
It is normal for the ankle opening to be a bit tight at first as it's designed to stretch out after several wears. This helps create that perfect fit around your ankle to prevent water from getting in through the top. In the meantime, we recommend using a shoehorn or placing a wide, circular object in your shoe to help stretch out the elastic. Hope this helps!
