When I received the wrong item and was furious, Ria replied to my email and helped me with the issue. She was very professional and attentive and resolved my issue. I told my friends about Vessi and vessi’s customer service!

“The soles are super comfortable. I stand a lot as a teacher and my back doesn't feel as tired as when I wear other shoes. However, I have to wear bandages at the bad of the feet every time because the shoe scratches me to bleed. At the end of the day, I would feel like toes lacking air, not too breathable. The quality of the outside is very good though, definitely waterproof. I love the new design where I can slip my feet in with the help of the loop in the back of the shoes on the outside. I also love how it wraps my feet. I wish they had half sizes, that might fix my problems with this generation.”
“I have trouble with my feet and calf muscles - it limits my ability to exercise and shoes either make it better or worse. I started with a gray pair when these first come out - loved them - ordered another pair when they were on sale - then they put this color on sale and I had to have it. So, now I have 3 pairs of these shoes - and I love them. The day of this review - I walked and hour in a Vessi shoes and a Ten Tree rain coat - the only thing wet when I got home - my knees. Highly recommend these shoes!”
“I love the colours of the Everyday Move and they’re definitely waterproof. My only complaint is that the elastic around the ankle is a bit stiff and the material is a bit coarse so chaffing often occurs on the back and side of the ankle.”
