“Normally I don’t buy shoes online, but I took a chance on Vessi after reading a number of great reviews. I was not disappointed. It’s been a dry summer in the Northeast so I haven’t really been able to test the water resistant properties, but what I can say they are a good fitting she with a LOT of support. I’ve worn them going around town and for light hiking and my feet always felt comfortable and protected from whatever may cross my path. One note, they run a little tight, at least at first . Normally I wear 11 1/2 wide and following the sizing recommendations, I ordered a 12. They were a little snug but after a couple of days of wear, they became more comfortable and now fit me like a pair of custom made shoes. Overall, one of my better purchases.”
