“At first I was skeptical because the fit around ankle was too tight and thought the shoe wouldn't fit or be comfortable. But, after giving it a couple of tries, am surprisingly shocked that the shoe is so comfortable.”
“First off their customer service is great! I had an issue, reached out, and they resolved it right away. Secondly, they are actually waterproof! I was skeptical but I wore them for the first time today and made it a point to stick my toes into a snow bank. My socks did not get wet! These are going to be the perfect shoes to walk my dog in. I do wish they had a little more rugged of a tread….they don’t look like they are going to have awesome traction on wet surfaces but I’m hoping to be pleasantly surprised by that too.”
