“The shoes are pretty comfortable but the insole is a little stiff for a long walk. I mean, after 8h walking you feel a little pain due to lack of cushion in the insole. I love them, they look amazing but this little thing could be improved.”
“Good construction and generally comfortable except for the heel. The back of the shoe dug into the back of my heel and I was hurting within 10 minute of wearing them. Had to do some aggressive breaking in methods. I did go a size up as suggested since I have wider feet”
Hi James,
We greatly appreciate you taking the time to provide us with your feedback.
We apologize for any inconvenience you've faced regarding the break-in process of your Vessis. Our ankle opening is a little firm to start, therefore you could experience some discomfort before it stretches out to perfectly accommodate your feet. I would definitely recommend giving your feet time to heal before giving your shoes a try again. Here are a few tips that can help once you start wearing your shoes again.
Wearing thicker socks that provide extra cushioning on that area will give the shoes time to adjust to your foot. Adding something to cover up that area will allow the shoes to adjust to your foot so they can fit you perfectly. Finally, another thing you can try doing is to insert a pair of heel liners into your Vessis for more cushioning. Heel stickers from Dr. Scholls can work really well too.
That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. We'll use your insight towards our research and development for our future design improvements.
Thank you again for sharing your thoughts on your Vessis with us.
“This pair is more comfortable than the previous pair that it replaced. First of all, no leaking this time! Second, the cuff on the ankle seems fitted this time instead of being loose like the previous pair.”
