“They don't publish their negative reviews!!! Wow, pretty unethical. I attempted to publish a 2 star review because the shoes cut my ankles and I find them slippery when it's wet out on the street. They are waterproof and fairly comfortable otherwise, but I find it really disconcerting that they only publish their positive reviews. Putting a 4 star here to see if anything less is just sent straight to trash by AI. If you're concerned about negative reviews, try reaching out to the customer to get more feedback. Very misleading.”
