“My 73 year old dad walks his grandkids (my nieces) every weekday to their elementary school. I purchased these for him to never worry about wet feet, living in rainy Vancouver. He's normally a 9.5 shoe size. I purchased size 9's based on the sizing chart.
He tried them on at first and felt they were extremely tight, but not at the toe area (just the sides where bunions tend to grow on people). I knew from the website Vessi shoes were supposed to fit tighter at first, like socks, so I asked if the toe area had room and he said yes. I noticed he was wearing super thick socks too. I told him to give it a try around the house, and with not such thick socks. Turns out they fit alright and he loves them! He even got compliments from his physiotherapist when he wore them to an appointment the next day.
I guess my only feedback might be to explore options for people with wider feet. Other than that I'm glad my dad enjoys his Christmas present.”

“I have only worn my pair of vessi's a couple times and have yet to wear it on a rainy day which I've been trying to do. However, I did wear it all day for an amusement park and can safely say that my feet were comfortable and cool allowing me to enjoy the day without my feet aching or bothering me to have to take a seat.
