“Bought the 12 for my son who is an 11.5 but it was far too wide in the heel area and too long. So he swapped with my husband's who we also bought in the same order and they were too short even though we had sized up. My son's size is 11.5 he ended up in the 11 so the heel would stay on and the length is fine. My husband ended up in the 12 and he is a 10.5 so really does not fit as per the suggested fitting.”
