“I had an excellent experience with this product and the customer support. I encountered an issue with my Vessi shoes causing discomfort to my leg, which I only realized after wearing them a few times. Although I couldn’t exchange them at the store, the customer support team was understanding and promptly shipped a new pair. This thoughtful gesture truly impressed me. “These are still relatively new to me. The fit is alright, definitely have some blisters from breaking them in but I think they will be comfortable in the end. I have 2 issues with these shoes that keep them from being great. The first is the show design feels a little like too tight a hug, I think they could have a bit more vertical space and then allow the laces to actually put some work in to tighten to an ideal fit. The second is the tread sucks. These are supposed to be water friendly shoes but I wore them on a board walk in the rain and was sliding all over the place. You'd think shoe's designed for rainy climates might've considered that rain = slippery surfaces. Not bad overall though!”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis are too tight. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight.
All Vessis are slip-resistant, but not slip-proof. They have a 4-way traction due to the Herringbone pattern on the tread. That being said, some surfaces when slippery will always be more difficult to navigate and in those situations, we always advise you to be extra careful.

“The shoes are indeed waterproof, snug fit, and true to size. I like that the shoe has some arch support which is perfect for running. They are easy to slip on and off. Only thing that I don’t perfectly like about the shoes are that the laces are a little too long which makes it kind of annoying but it doesn’t interfere with anything.”
