“At first my husband and I ordered our normal sizes (size 7 womens & size 10 mens US) and they were definitely a whole size too big for both of us. Thanks to a wonderful customer service team member (Michael) we exchanged our shoes for the size down, and now they fit perfectly! Snug at first, but then they quickly wear in and are so comfortable. They look really good on to! I'm a little worries about a little bit of rubbing that I get at the back of my foot when I wear them for long walks but hard to know yet if it's more of an issue. Super dry! So excited to wear to wear them on our travels and enjoy them in all weather.”
