“I purchased my Vessi's in April and they performed flawlessly for more than 6 months, even in very heavy rains and puddles. Unfortunately, a few weeks ago, they began to leak a bit from the upper and I found that my toes were getting a little wet. I reached out to customer service and after a few questions/steps, they sent me a new pair. I've had the new pair for a couple of weeks and they are working flawlessly. I use them to walk my dog on wet or snowy days. It is really comforting to know that you can walk through all of the slop and still return home with dry feet.”
