“I went against the recommendation and went a half size up. Realized, half size smaller would still be a perfect fit. That said…these shoes is waayyyy more comfortable that I expected. I like the easy to follow cleaning instructions & that they don’t take up much space in my travel bag.”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“These shoes are so comfortable and have been keeping my feet nice and dry. This colour does get a bit dirty quickly but luckily I can wash them easily and don’t have to wait for them to dry!
I am usually a 6.5 so I ordered a 7 and it fits just right.”
