“I am obsessed with these shoes so far! They are so comfortable and I can feel the difference as they have molded to my feet after about a week of wearing them. I love how easy they are to slip on since the heel isn't stiff like other sneakers. They haven't been put to an intense test of water, but I wore them for several rainy days in New York City and they are still white and stayed dry. I even got a small mark on them and it came right off so easily.... Plus, THEY'RE CUTE!”
“First time trying to walk in it at the mall (3-4 hrs) and it was comfortable. However I gave it a 4 starts because my toes started to feel squished after 3 hrs of walking which is surprising since the shoe looks like it has a wider top. I have a wider feet so it did feel snug at the beginning. However, the shoe is comfortable since I do believe it’s a matter of breaking it in. Over time, the shoe is supposed to stretch to mold the feet better. Did a water test and it slid right off. 5 stars otherwise.”
“While these shoes are extremely waterproof and easy to slip on, they are quite bulky and not the best looking shoe line that Vessi has on offer. The big negative is the lack of any arch support and after a few hours of walking on them, my arches hurt a lot. This is also the case for my partner who bought a pair but different shoe style.”

We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
