We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“The shoes are great. They're lightweight and very breathable. Overall, I have found them great for walking in but the insole that comes with the shoe doesn't provide as much support and cushion that I would have hoped for. I wore these to a cooking and to a concert. On both occasions I found my feet getting tired about an hour in and by the two hour mark I was really wanting a place to sit down. I'll be keeping the shoes, but definitely looking for something else to put inside them.”
“The Everyday Classic is roomy and the material is soft. My husband can comfortably wear these shoes with his hammer toe. I do wish they had half sizes. I bought him a size up and the length is a bit too much. But, because they are so comfortable we are keeping the shoes. Another selling point is that the shoes are waterproof. These will be worn for travel.”
