“I love the shoes, they are comfortable and I’ve never had waterproof shows before and they are quite fantastic! I just wish they had half sizes. A size 8 is too small for me, but the size 9 I purchased (as they recommended you to purchase the larger size if you were in between sizes) is too large. Shoes are great though.”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.
