“Love the mint green color and how short/easy the laces are to tie. The shoe is a standard fit - not too skinny and not too wide. I like that the bottom is easy to clean. I am a size 8.5 so I sized up to a 9 and it fit perfectly. Beware this is a different fit than the Weekender - for that I had to size down since those are a wide fit.”
“Have been wearing them for a couple of weeks now, and am very pleased. I don’t generally spend this much on a pair of shoes, so I was nervous and ready to be hard on them. I’m a half-size, and went up to the next full size, and glad I did. They are lightweight and very comfortable on my feet, provide good support. I bought them because I want really good walking shoes for a trip to Europe this year, something that looks good, not clunky, and can go almost anywhere. My legs have some arthritis and I get corns on my toe sometimes, and I was not going to let any of that interfere with my trip. I’ve taken some long walks on pavement with them and my dog so far. The soles are holding up (should be expected but a different pair of expensive shoes did not pass this test), and the uppers cleaned up well after my muddy golden retriever stepped on them. Have not yet really tested them in the rain yet. I do wish the shoelaces stayed tied better. I actually thought they were bungee-style when I bought them. Otherwise would give them 5 stars based on experience to-date.”
“I bought the everyday classic blue vessis and they are just so wonderful that I just ordered a second pair in red. I use them for regular walks, plane rides and recently used them a lot in oaxaca as well. They are comfortable, totally waterproof and keep me feet warm as well here in Seattle where it rains often. I could not have found a better shoe. I am rate them as high or even higher than my hiking boots which I love and plan to take these vessis out on some forest rambles as well. “I got a pair of black Vessi about a year ago. Not the same style and in all black. Although they worked wonders in the water- I couldn't pull them off as every day sneakers. These are much better, look more like a normal sneaker, and still work perfectly”
“I just said to my husband that this was one of my best purchases recently. I walk my dog each morning in a preserve by my home and would get so annoyed that my sneakers and socks would be wet after the walk. I didn’t want to wear boots - especially in the summer with my shorts and flip flops became too slippery. This sneaker goes with any outfit and keeps my feet dry. I’m sure I can throw them in the washing machine when they get too dirty but I haven’t tried that yet.”

“Order down if you are a half size. These shoes are like wearing socks. The sole is very comfortable, but the arch support is not enough. There isn’t room to put insoles.”
