Out in the world, I'm usually an 8.5 (or 39) and my feet are bit wide. These fit very snugly at first, particularly along the top of my feet but the length was right. The first few wears weren't great and my soles hurt BUT as the shoes formed to the shape of my feet they became very comfortable. That's my advice: wear then often and give them time to contour to you.
I wear them when I go out walking or shopping, even when the weather's sunny because they are very good-looking!”

“This is by far the best waterproof shoes I’ve ever owned. I was quite skeptical of the reviews at first but because I live in Melbourne which has 4 seasons in a day plus rain, I decided to buy a pair to try. Vessi delivers in terms of quality and features. It’s a good alternative to boots in the rain and the cold weather months because it’s good at insulating heat too! One thing to note though is that it gets hot during the summer months in them. Even though the shoe is breathable, it’s not THAT breathable. Considering that its main purpose is to keep water out, it’s a fair compromise. I’ve worn it on travels and simple hikes. The shoes are in fact really comfortable. Vessi also has an amazing customer service! One thing that I hope they would improve on is the “no free exchanges/returns” policy in Australia. Because they don’t have stores here and I generally don’t buy shoes that I don’t get to try on, making the first purchase with them is kinda daunting as if its the wrong size/fit, I could be stuck with a pair of expensive shoes that I can’t wear.”
