We’re sorry to hear your Vessis are too narrow. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight. That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve.

While Vessis are 100% waterproof they are unfortunately not stain proof so our lighter colours do require more regular care to keep clean. The best cleaning practices are found on the care card included in the box with your Vessis.
Another great tip to keep your Vessis looking as fresh as possible is to mix some baking soda and water to create a paste then slowly rubbing this paste onto the shoe can remove tough stains without causing damage to the waterproof membrane.
Vessis have a snug, sock-like fit, which means that the knit actually provides almost all of the of the shoe's support. But to keep the laces in place, you're welcome to apply a little glue to them or swap them out for flat laces which can be purchased locally. Some people also like to tie a knot at the end of the lace and tuck it into the lace cage for a secure, no-tie look.
