“Well, on the sizes it didn’t show the shoe was a wide width. These shoes don’t fit, they are too big. Now I have to inconvenience myself to go out of my way to hopefully get my correct size. Not too impressed!”

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of comfort you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
