Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us. Im so sorry to hear that your Vessis didn't fit quite as you'd hoped.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
The best cleaning practices are found on the care card included in the box with your Vessis. Another great tip to keep your Vessis looking as fresh as possible is to mix some baking soda and water to create a paste then slowly rubbing this paste onto the shoe can remove tough stains without causing damage to the waterproof membrane.

“Love the Color, love the look of the shoe. I am size 11 women’s but I find the shoe bit too big and on the wide side. When I compare/measure my sons size 10 men’s ( which fits me perfectly) my shoe seems a tad bigger and wider. I find that odd as usually women’s 11 and men’s 10 should be approximately the same size. I have not worn them as of yet, not sure what to do. I feel they make my feet look even bigger than they are …so not sure???!?!? Thank you.”
