We’re so sorry to hear your Vessis aren't providing you the amount of support you're looking for, we can imagine how disappointing that must be.
As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support. Some people love this, while others find it doesn’t work well for them. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for a more customized fit and comfort.
That said, we’ll certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“They look and feel nice but the sizing chart was incorrect. Got male size 10 because it says size down if narrow feet that are size 10.5. Had to return for exchange for new size. Wish half sizes were available. Not sure if 11 will fit well”
