“It's an extremely comfortable pair of shoes. My first pair failed on me (leaked heavily) but Vessi replaced it immediately. Haven't tried the new pair in the rain, but I'm looking forward to it. My only negative feedback, assuming this one really is waterproof, is that the shoes don't breath and the foot really perspires in it. Other than that, it's perfect!”
“I own 4 pairs of Vessi and every pair leaks at the toes...some at 2 months others I don't notice till later as I don't wear everyday. One pair will gush water at the toes if I spritz tips off with a garden hose. I own several pairs of sneakers so I don't wear Vessis everyday. They are definitely more water repelent than a pair of Nike knits but my socks and feet will get very wet if I walk around the wet grass in the backyard for an hour or so. But you need to read in between the fine print....Vessi promotes the shoe fabric as water proof but goes out of their way to avoid talking about how the upper is attached to the sole as being waterproof. Admittedly, I'll probably buy more since they don't leak immediately like other shoes do...just wish they would be completely truthful about "waterproof"”
