We’re sorry to hear your Vessis aren't as breathable as you'd expected. While normal shoes will always be more breathable than waterproof shoes, Vessis were designed to be a much more breathable alternative to other waterproof footwear like rubber boots.

We’re sorry to hear your Vessis are too narrow. The material works similar to how socks fit, in the sense that it adapts to your foot shape. The more you wear them, the more it gives and stretches to mold to you. Therefore, it’s actually quite normal for your Vessis to be a little snug to start. Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight. That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve.

“Really like these shoes. They are very comfortable and so far have worked well in wet conditions.
One suggestion I have for improvement is to make the loop a little bigger at the back of the heel. It’s hard to fit a finger through when you’re trying to pull the heel on for these slip on shoes.
Otherwise really like them!”
