“These are exactly the type of waterproof shoes I've been looking for! For the past few years I've been wearing the slip-on version of rain boots. They were great except they weren't breathable and were a bit clunky. Vessis, on the other hand, are basically the waterproof version of the everyday, slip-on shoes I wear when it's not raining: they keep my feet dry no matter how hard it's raining and they feel just like the aforementioned dry-weather shoes. Two caveats: my toes did get a little damp and the top liner of the left shoe's insert started to peel off after just one day of lots of walking. Those are small issues; I still plan on buying new Vessis in a few years when the soles of my current ones get too worn out to wear.”

“I walk my dog at 5:00 am and our last leg takes us through the park and the dewy morning grass. I was tired of coming home with soggy wet feet in my brand name tennies so when I saw the ads for Vessis, I thought I’d give them a try. These aren’t inexpensive shoes, so I had high expectations! On the first wearing they had a snug fit as stated on the website (I typically wear an 8.5 and ordered an 8 based on the recommendations online), but after just a few wears the material relaxed slightly and the uppers and insole have molded to my feet. They are lightweight and so comfortable with a fit that feels custom! Best of all, my dog and I have trudged through the wet morning grass many times in these shoes but my feet are BONE DRY every time! If the grass in the park has just been cut, I come out of there looking like I’ve got “gilly-feet” but no worry—A quick spray with the garden hose and they’re looking like they're new from the box and ready for the next adventure! I love them so much that I ordered a pair of Cityscapes and I love them just as well. I highly recommend!”
