We’re sorry to hear you’re finding your Vessis too tight. For some reference, however, it’s actually quite normal for the ankle opening to be a little snug to start. Over the first few wears of your new shoes, you’ll notice that the upper knit and ankle opening will stretch to accommodate your foot shape. By starting tighter, this allows the shoe to mold to your ankle shape - making sure no water seeps in through the ankle opening.
Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight.

“It is not too comfortable when I walk especially I always get sweat in my feet, hot (summer). If I compare with sketchers, it is way much lighter. However I am looking forward to wear this shoes on the rainy day or winter season to see whether it is waterproof.”
