Definitely size up or down if you are a half size (down if you want them to fit a little more snug and up if you want them to be a little looser). Grip on the bottoms are great for walking through messes without slipping. Breathable and lightweight. Feels like I'm just wearing a good pair of tennis shoes, while not having to worry about my feet getting soaked at work.”
