“I like that they’re completely waterproof, but I don’t find them comfortable at all. They feel very clunky, and I feel like I have clown shoes on.
I wear a 5.5, and ordered a 6 since there are no half sizes. Those were too big, so I had to exchange them for a 5, which for much better. That still didn’t help with the comfort.
They don’t hurt or anything, they just feel very weird to walk in, so I only wear them when it’s very wet out. Definitely not my go to shoe at all.”

We're very sorry to hear that your Vessis have not been providing you the comfort you're looking for. As a casual/city shoe, Vessis do provide relatively low arch support - some people love this whereas some people don't. This is why we made the insoles removable so you have the option of using your own inserts for more customized fit and comfort. That said, we will certainly share your thoughts with the rest of the team as we feel it is important to take into consideration all of the feedback we receive from our customers.

“First off, I ordered my regular size in these shoes and when they arrived, they were about a size and a half too big! I definitely disagree with the claim that these shoes fit "true to size". I had to exchange for their smallest size, which is still slightly too big. These shoes are very wide at the toe, almost as if they are men's shoes. Also, I did not find them to be 100% waterproof. My socks were slightly wet after my walk in the rain. While my feet were significantly drier than they would have been in ordinary sneakers, I was still expecting them to be 100% dry, like these shoes advertise to do. I was willing to sacrifice some comfort with these shoes because they claimed to be 100% waterproof and since they are not, it is not worth the sacrifice. Overall, I had high expectations for these shoes and was left disappointed in their performance. The exchange process was very easy and quick and I appreciate that this company is trying to be more sustainable, but I do not feel that these shoes live up to their high price tag.”
