“I like the look of the sneaker. But I haven't found them the most comfortable. I am giving them a chance and hope wearing them in more will make them more comfortable to walk and wear for an extended amount of time.
I haven't had the chance to test out the claim of them being waterproof yet because we haven't had any rain.
I would skeptically recommend these to others.”
Hi Lisa, thank you so much for your review. You can try leaving bundled thick socks inside of them overnight if they're fitting you too snugly. “I've always hated walking the dog in wet grass UNTIL now. I'm beyond thrilled to have found my pair of Vessi shoes. I love the way they feel and there was no "breaking in" process. I'm very excited to have them for my overseas travel vs the bulky hiking shoes I was going to take.
The one drawback that I have with them, I'm used to more of an athletic feel/function to sneakers. We walk on trails, in the woods, and a lot of uneven ground. These are not quite as stable as I'm used it. It's easy for my foot to twist or slip if I step wrong on a root.”
