Thanks for your feedback. We're so happy you love your Vessis! If you're noticing that the insoles are slipping in the shoe, you can use double sided tape to keep the insole in place.

It’s normal for the shoes to be a little firm to start! Over the first few wears of your new shoes you’ll notice that the upper knit and ankle opening will stretch to accommodate and create the perfect shape around your feet. The reason you want this is to make sure no water comes in through the ankle. The only way to ensure this is if you allow the shoe to mold to your ankle shape. In order to do that, you do need them to be tight at first and then only stretch when they’ve learned your specific foot shape. This creates that snug, sock like fit that we are loved for!

“I am normally a size 9 with every other shoe, but I order a size 9 and it was absolutely massive. The shoe itself seems great and it lives up to its reputation for being waterproof, but be very careful about sizing since its a bit of a pain to have to return shoes.”
