“Really like the style, the colour and the price point was good. a bit stiff around the heel, but hoping that softens up with wear. This style in a softer fabric like the weekend would be awesome!”
“As with the other pairs I have, need to buy mens because the womens are too small (haven’t tried them in this particular instance, but can tell by how these fit, past experience with buying womens Vessis) and that a friend who bought the womens has to return hers and go up a size). Solidly built, though, which is nice because Vessi tends to be a bit loose on me due to the size issue (doesn’t stop me loving and buying them). The vegan leather is indistinguishable from animal skin in terms of looks. These offer a bit more support than some of the other models (and I have a lot). They look great with pretty much anything and remain fully waterproof.”
Hi Gurpreet,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us.
While Vessis are 100% waterproof they are unfortunately not stain proof so our lighter colours do require more regular care to keep clean. The best cleaning practices are found on the care card included in the box with your Vessis.
Another great tip to keep your Vessis looking as fresh as possible is to mix some baking soda and water to create a paste then slowly rubbing this paste onto the shoe can remove tough stains without causing damage to the waterproof membrane.
That said, we’ll be sure to share your feedback with our Product Team as we're always looking for ways to improve.

Hi Graham,
Thank you so much for taking the time to share your experience with us.
We’re sorry to hear you’re finding your Vessis too tight. For some reference, however, it’s actually quite normal for the ankle opening to be a little snug to start. Over the first few wears of your new shoes, you’ll notice that the upper knit and ankle opening will stretch to accommodate your foot shape. By starting tighter, this allows the shoe to mold to your ankle shape - making sure no water seeps in through the ankle opening.
Some customers use a shoehorn in the meantime, which should help. You can also speed up the stretching process by leaving a few pairs of thick socks balled up inside the shoes overnight.
That said, I'll be sure to pass your feedback along to our Product team, as we are always looking to improve. We'll use your insight towards our research and development for our future design improvements.
